Terms and rates vary based on factors such as income, assets and the goal of the working capital. Other factors include the financial strength of the borrower/practice and their credit history. Payments may be deferred for 90 days. Our Working Capital program in conjunction with other financing on a larger project. For example, we often provide Real Estate financing or Equipment Leasing and Working Capital loans for a project, which allows for a zero down payment. Unlike other veterinary lenders in the industry, MedTrust Capital delivers a financing package that is designed for the specific project, whether it’s one loan or a combination of loans.
Zero-Down Commercial Real Estate Loans
Just like our Practice loans, we offer zero-down commercial real estate loans. If your vet practice will occupy at least 51% of the building, and have the appropriate credit you may qualify. Amounts from $5,000 to $20 million are available, with no call provisions or balloon payments. We can make these types of loans because we’re not bound by strict guidelines, low Loan-to-Value ratios, or bureaucratic issues.
